Brown Store offers its customers a return and exchange of the purchased product according to the following conditions:
1- The products must be in their original condition and unused, with all accessories and gifts provided with the product, and the product must be intact and new in its original packaging.
2- The watch packaging (stickers and plastic on the strap and clasp) must not be opened.
3- Return within: 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and the customer bears the shipping fee to the store of 47 riyals.
4- Exchange within: 3 working days of receiving the shipment, and the customer bears the shipping fee to the store of 47 riyals.
5- The shipment to be exchanged or returned must be delivered to the shipping company specified by Brown Store customer service within 48 hours.
6- The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned shipment.
7- Brown Store apologizes to its customers for its inability to exchange or return products that have been modified (e.g., watch shortening).
8- There is no warranty on pens, keychains, and wallets; the warranty only applies to watches.
9- There is no return or exchange for watches available through personal special orders from China unless there is a manufacturing defect in the watch, in which case the customer can choose either a full refund or an exchange.
